To achieve its objectives, NATCOF engages itself in the following activities:
- Complaint Handling and Advisory Service.
Ensure consumers have a place to complain and their complaints are handled accordingly.
Ensure that consumers are enlightened on their concerns, doubts and also sensitise for future alertness and protection. - Consumer Education
To develop programmes of activities to achieve the organisations’ main objectives of promoting and protecting the consumers’ social & economic interests. - Representation
Ensure the voice of consumers are heard in the decision making process. - Networking
Ensure that African consumers are well represented on the international platform.
Ensure effective coordinating approach to strengthen the work/function of civil society, other organisations & departments. - Advocacy and Lobbying
To ensure NATCOF lobbying and advocating technics are efficient and effective.
Ensure the involvement and contribution of partners in the creation of a consumer policy in Seychelles. - Membership Drive
To increase quality and quantity of members.
To keep a data base for future reference.
To equip members with knowledge and skills to assist the organisation in implementing its programme.
